- Day 1: kick-off call and access to the people who do the work

- Afterwards: you decide whether MNB builds it, someone else does, or nobody should

What exactly do I receive?
A two-page build plan: the three automations worth building first, what each costs to run per month, the savings or revenue each should produce, and the date you can expect the first result. You also receive the process map and the ranked list of repeated tasks we built it from.
How long does it take?
About a week from the kick-off call, depending on how quickly your team can walk us through the current process. Most of the work is ours; you give us two to three hours in total.
Is the assessment tied to buying something from MNB?
No. The plan is written so any competent team could execute it. If we recommend fixing a process by hand rather than automating it, the assessment fee is all you pay. If you go ahead with an MNB build, the fee is credited back in full.
