Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026. Applies to every paid engagement, assessment and software subscription sold by MNB Research.

MNB Research ("MNB", "we", "us") is the trading name of Abrobot Technologies Private Limited, 1945 P, Sainik Colony, Sector 49, Faridabad, Haryana 121001. This policy explains when a payment made to us is refundable. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Consulting engagements and the AI Transformation Assessment

Fees for consulting work, retainers and the ₹9,999 AI Transformation Assessment are for professional time and are payable in advance. You may cancel a booked assessment or kick-off call up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Once work has started, fees for work already performed are not refundable; any unused pre-paid balance for work not yet started is refunded in full within 7 working days of your written request.

2. Software subscriptions (YarnTally, AbroBot CRM, MNB Cortex and other self-serve products)

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time from your account or by writing to us; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. A charge is refunded in full if a product is unavailable or a core feature fails to deliver for more than 48 consecutive hours after you report it to us. Charges for periods in which the service was available are not refunded.

3. Failed or duplicate payments

If money is debited but no order, seat or credit is created, or a payment is charged twice, the excess amount is refunded automatically to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Payment-gateway processing times may add a few days before the amount appears on your statement.

4. Results Guarantee

Where a signed Statement of Work includes a Results Guarantee, the remedy stated there (re-performance, service credit or refund of the specific fee) applies in place of this policy for that item.

5. How to request a refund

Write to contact@mnbresearch.com from the email address used at the time of purchase with your invoice number and the reason for the request. We acknowledge every request within 2 working days and, where a refund is due, complete it within 7 working days. Refunds are made only to the original payment method. Applicable GST is refunded together with the fee.
